Well…this seems very rude. I think that whoever wrote this is very ignorant. They think they understand what’s going on, but in reality, all they know about Islam is what they see on the news. And, let me remind you-many terrorist plots have taken place n the past. All of them by non-Muslims. Your generation and mine are forced to watch the actions of a few misguided Muslims and think that they are all this violent.

The way this story was reported in the British press makes me think that this was picked up and run with in order to make Muslims look like a bunch of fanatics who can’t be taken seriously about anything. There was no reportage of views that I saw from respected Muslim groups like the Muslim Council of Britain etc. Not even person in the street quotes, and there were plenty of Muslims happy to condem the furore in Sudan as bollocks, and not something they supported.

This was more about racism than religion.
