The way I see it, there are 3 types of muslims. The 3rd is the only one I can respect.
1) The “terrorist” that we see on our western media. An angry minority that wants affirmative action against the whoring and debauchery of the infidels. Disliked by the world, including most Muslims.
2) The shariah law abiding citizen. The first category overlaps with this one. This Muslim oppresses his wife, follows Islam strictly to the letter and will shun modern standards of morality as they are deemed inferior to the authority of the qur’an. Adultery? Stoned to death. Theft? Cut off hands. Apostasy? Public execution. Mostly found in Saudi Arabia,Yemen, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Mostly this relaxed Muslim might continue to believe either out of respect for the family, love of tradition or fear of god. Hi every one. I have read some one say who created GOD(Allah).

Well the thing is HE is so mighty that mere words cannot comprehend him. As our minds might think that there must have to be time in the beginning when GOD was born, back, way back in TIME. but u see every thing is a creation of GOD. so TIME itself is also his creation(written in Quran, if u need reference, I can give u the verse #). We are bound to follow the time, and hence we think accordingly the beginning and end of every thing. Meaning that we related things to time. But after death this curtain will be opened, and every body will realize.

So our mind is not mature enough to understand. As Time is GOD’s slave(his creation), so he is eternal, without any beginning and end, he i not bound to follow time. Beginning and ends are for us mortals, because we are the creation, not the creator.

You’re assuming that just because “there must be a God out there”, we have to go with Islam. But what if “God” (IF such a thing exists) is totally different from the God that your Koran talks about? What if there are MULTIPLE Gods? You are asserting something which has no rational basis. Science hasn’t figured everything out, sure, but we always change, and evolve for better understanding of our surroundings in the universe. Your religion, however, refuses to improve (as the rest of humanity has) and because of that, your emotional baggage will not overthrow the facts confirmed by science (and ONLY science alone).

(A): It was a very very luck big bang, that caused earth to somehow move around the sun, in a very very precise manner, (If u have read science, as u referred biology, it means u have some know how about science) then u know that magnetic field is very sensitive to distance. try spinning a north pole magnet hanging with a thread(just like pendulum bob hangs with a thread) around a south pole of the other magnet, placing south pole in the center(or vice versa). It requires a very precise rotational velocity to cancel the centripetal force created by magnetic pull, otherwise they will just smash into one another. And now this huge ball of mud is rotating since thousands of years, and no body is looking over?

You raise many points, Hammad. I’ll provide some insight to as much of it as I can over the next few days but my laptop recently died so be patient please.

The main problems I’ve noticed with your argument are as follow:
1) You have a false understanding of evolution. To fully grasp it you need to go back to the very beginning of simple “life”, ie single celled organisms, protozoans, amino acids, algae, plankton, etc. You can’t just jump straight onto complex creatures right away.
You also need to shed this false notion of things happening “by accident”. That implies that in one instant there was no creature of a particular species, then suddenly it existed.
That’s not how it works. The evolutionary process is incremental and results can only be seen across a large period of time (possibly several hundred generations).
You say you’ve yet to find an animal that can process higher thinking such as using tools. This is happening all around us but you’ve obviously never watched a documentary about it. Type in some broad keywords into YouTube for examples, like “orangutan washing” or “chimp cracking nut” or “weaver bird” or “bower bird”.
2) The formation of stars and planets is a far more complicated process than you can imagine. You mockingly say “isn’t it lucky that earth fell into perfect orbit around the sun?” (Or something along those lines). This shows again that you only heard a warped, simplified view of the big bang theory. Earth isn’t a giant, pre-formed marble that just needed to be slotted into orbit. 5 billion years ago, there was no solid earth, but copious amounts of raw material and space dust that coalesced over millions of years to form the early earth. All the mass was brought together by its collective gravity. The heat and pressure generated brought the heaviest elements (such as iron) to the core where it melted and span at great speeds, causing the electromagnetic field that protected earth from the sun’s rays. This further allowed the development of an atmosphere which set the early conditions that allowed life to flourish. I’ve missed numerous vital details but you can easily research this topic further if you were so inclined.
3) Many Muslims claim that “doubt” is good as it is a motivation for deeper understanding, but that is not what I see from what you write. I want you to look at your holy book critically and question it yourself, as you would in any other aspect of your life.
