Well surely Yoga finds its roots from the Hindu spiritual masters. However, besides this the benefits to the practitioners are manifold and does not veer anyone from his religious beliefs. This is same as medicines invented or patented by Western companies hailing from Christian world, does benefit all patients whether Hindu, Christian or Muslim.
The Islam scholars can take their (Ir)rationale further and ban muslims taking Western patented Drugs. So much to save Islam!!!
